TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker
TabTrade - The Short VersionTabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker. His background tells you something. It says the leadership knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace. They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade did the opposite. Interesting choice. What you can trade: FX, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, ETFs. A wide spread. For something that is a few months old, that coverage is broad.PlatformsAvailable: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both is useful. Pick what suits your style.MT5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders find it more natural once they try it.FIX API is there for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That should be a good addition once it is live.Accounts and PricingThree tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Good for people who want simple pricing.Edge account. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally. How Fast Are the FillsThe execution is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, it matters less. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.Pair that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit offer execution like this. The FSRA QuestionThis is the detail you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your assessment. What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that makes sense is your call.Deposit BonusTab Trade has bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding. The full review, covering regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the bonus terms, is at here TradeTheDay.
